Sending Outbound Email Using the Mandrill/Logicbox Partnership
Logicbox partners with Mandrill (by MailChimp) in order to ensure your business-critical outbound emails are sent and received by the recipients. Through Mandrill, Logicbox ensures that your outbound emails are seen as valid and trusted by the recipient’s email providers. In the event of an email not making it to its correct destination, Mandrill affords Logicbox the visibility needed to determine the when and why of such an occurrence.
The technical requirements in order to send mail via Logicbox using the Mandrill service are as follows:
Add an SPF record to your domain's DNS (this will need to be performed by a domain administrator).
