Logicbox Support

Logicbox offers support during regular business hours 8am-5pm PST, Monday through Friday. We offer a response time of one business day for all support requests. All support requests should be sent to support@logicboxsoftware.com, where they will be directed to your personal Logicbox Support Team member. We are also available by phone at 503-207-6717, x2.

 

In the unlikely case of a catastrophic event outside of business hours, the Logicbox Support Team will be notified and will take action to ensure your continued success.
