In addition to Logicbox’s own security practices, we have created a doubly secure space for your data in partnering with Rackspace.
The servers on which your data reside are stored in Rackspace’s state-of-the-art facilities that employ security measures such as retinal identification, physical security, and video surveillance. Data is protected by uninterruptible power sources (UPS), redundant Internet connection, and backup power systems.
Logicbox also operates using a redundant data protocol, in which your data is always replicated in real time in two different databases. This way, in the unlikely event that one database goes down, we can point your app to the second location, so that your company experiences no downtime and can continue operating successfully.
We comply with local and national earthquake codes and standard practices in all seismically classified geographical areas.
